PARKING
We have a parking space behind the Spa.The space is limited but you can find other spaces on the street Sainte-Marie.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We send a reminder 24 hours in advance of your appointment date and time. However, it is your responsibility to make a note of your appointment when booking.
To cancel an appointment, you must inform us 24 hours in advance, ensuring that you have received confirmation.
In the event that you need to contact us and your designated therapist is unavailable and you are outside our opening hours, please send a message via our instant messaging service at the bottom of your screen or contact us via our e-mail contact@spalhorizen.ca.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge a compensation fee.
Of course, with sufficient justification, the missed service will not be charged.
